Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your little one to love every Lovvie & Joy product. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Both defective and non-defective items can be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return or exchange
Contact us through our Product Support page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back to us by mail.
Return shipping & fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different design, let us know when you contact us and we'll help you exchange it.
